JEFF HADEED Jeff graduated from the University of Florida in August of 1985, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Marketing). He took 1 year off from University to work in St. Maarten, managing a family business (1982-83), before moving to Italy to study fashion design at the Istituto Marangoni. Upon his return to Antigua & Barbuda, Jeff resumed management of another family business, a garment manufacturing company, while simultaneously working as a bartender at the Big Banana Holding Co., a restaurant franchise he now owns (since 1987) with his sister and younger brother. During the last 23 years of his working career, Jeff opened the Big Banana Airport Restaurant and “the beach” restaurant. He has also been involved in property management and real estate sales, including negotiating the sale of 2 private villas, which he now manages on behalf of famed Italian designer, Giorgio Armani.

With the purchase of the property at Falmouth Harbour, Jeff and his partners incorporated ROLS Ltd., the real estate development firm responsible for the design, construction and sale of South Point. In order to facilitate the sourcing, importing and distribution services required by his affiliated businesses, Jeff soon developed Next International Ltd. Today his companies are responsible for the direct employment of over 160 persons.

Jeff has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Caribbean, USA, Canada and Asia, and regularly attends trade conferences and fairs in various industries including furniture and design, construction, tourism and travel, hotel and restaurants, real estate and fashion.
